Financial Aid Forms and Helpful Links
INQUIRIES/APPLICANTS
Individuals that are currently applying, or may be considering applying, to PTS can request access to MyPTS. Within a few days you will receive a letter to the address provided with login information to MyPTS. The financial aid forms are located on the home page of the “Checking My Application” section of MyPTS. If you would like to request a paper copy, e-mail us at . Make sure to include your program of study and which academic year’s aid application you are requesting.
PTS does not advise that students or applicants submit any forms with personal identifying information on it through e-mail. MyPTS is the safest and most secure way to submit your forms. However, you can also fax the forms or request a link to a secure folder to upload them by e-mailing us at .
CURRENT STUDENTS
Current students can access all financial aid forms for the current and upcoming year on MyPTS. If you need a paper copy of one of the forms, please e-mail the Financial Aid Office at to request one. Make sure to include your program of study and which academic year’s aid application you are requesting.
