The Rev. Dr. Sidney Williams Jr. will present on the F.I.S.H. model (Financial, Intellectual, Social, and Human Capital) and the principles of Fishing Differently® to empower leaders, pastors, and congregations of color to strengthen their stewardship ministries. This engaging session will address the unique challenges these congregations face while uncovering untapped opportunities to reimagine their assets and align mission with resources for greater community impact. Through practical strategies and inspiring examples, Dr. Williams will provide actionable insights to help attendees cultivate a culture of stewardship that fosters sustainability and transformation. All participants will receive a copy of Fishing Differently: Ministry Formation in the Marketplace. Lunch will be provided. The Rev. Dr. Sidney S. Williams Jr., president and CEO of Crossing Capital Group and ahairman of the Oikos Institute for Social Impact, is a visionary leader with expertise in corporate finance, community development, and faith-based empowerment. He holds degrees from Howard University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Wesley Theological Seminary, and Payne Theological Seminary. Throughout his career, Dr. Williams has facilitated more than $10 billion in equity and debt offerings and advised Fortune 500 executives on strategic initiatives.
