Join us Mon., June 8, 2015. at 6:00 p.m. for a delicious meal of seasonal bounty prepared by Chefs Kevin Sousa and Tom Barnard at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. This banquet is a highlighted event of the annual Henderson Summer Leadership Conference. The 3-course dinner will showcase local produce and meats in dishes such as chilled asparagus soup, beef carpaccio, heritage grain gemelli pasta, braised and roasted chicken, zucchini bread, and verbena ice cream. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. After the meal, our evening fellowship will continue with muscial entertainment provided by Mark A.D. Williams.
