Pittsburgh Theological Seminary’s Metro-Urban Institute and the Johnson C. Smith Alumni Association will host the Pittsburgh Gospel Choir in concert Sat., Nov. 13. The concert will be held in the Hicks Chapel Sanctuary from 4:30-6:30 p.m. A free will offering will be taken. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
The Pittsburgh Gospel Choir is a multi-age, multi-ethnic musical ensemble that performs American gospel music in the Western Pennsylvania area. It is intended to serve and cultivate a diverse choir membership and audience, and infuse both with an appreciation for gospel music. Pittsburgh Gospel Choir concerts are designed to be uplifting, edifying, and entertaining.
