On Sept. 21, 1964 the Rev. Dr. Charles P. Robshaw presided over the dedication of the Clifford E. Barbour Library. The ceremony included a prayer of dedication by the Rev. Donald G. Miller and remarks by Dr. Barbour in addition to an address by special guest Dr. Martin Niemöller. An audio recording was made of the outdoor ceremony.
