Gifts that help Students

Invest in the future of Christ’s church by funding a living endowment: a Pittsburgh Seminary student preparing for full-time Christian service. Unrestricted Gifts to the Annual Fund help our students graduate without incurring insurmountable financial debt so they are able to accept and remain in financially sacrificial Christian ministries of all kinds. The great majority of Annual Fund gifts support student financial aid.

Gifts that strengthen Academics

Annual Fund and endowment gifts further our unique academic strengths: Barbour Library, the largest theological library from Philadelphia/Washington, D.C., to Chicago; the Kelso Bible Lands Museum, representing our more than century-long history of archaeological exploration of the Holy Land, including today’s Zeitah Excavations; faculty development grants; guest lectureships; and graduation awards and scholarships for further graduate study.

Gifts in Honor or Memory

Giving to PTS in honor or memory of someone dear to you can lend even deeper meaning to your gift by extending the work and life of your loved one through a student committed to bridging Christ, the Word, and the world today.

Gifts that enhance our Mission

Further strengthen our community and programs through substantial gifts to endowment funds for student scholarships, faculty chairs, and supporting programs—the Metro-Urban Institute and World Mission Initiative.

Planned Gifts

Many friends support PTS through their estate plans and wills, or through the transfer of stocks and securities.
