The 2013 Kelso Lecture in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr, on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, 3:30 p.m., will present John C. Brittain, Professor of Law, University of the District of Columbia.
It will be held at East Liberty Presbyterian Church in cooperation with East End Cooperative Ministry. Free and open to the public, no reistration necessary.
