Payment
The Seminary accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover for course payment. Please make checks payable to Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (or PTS). Payment in full is expected at the time of registration. If a program is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. A $25 administrative fee will be retained for cancellations by participants received five business days before an event. After that no refunds are given. Credit toward another continuing education event less the administrative fee may be given.
Financial Assistance
Limited financial assistance is available for some Continuing Education programs. Please complete the application below and return it by mail (Lori Arnold, Continuing Education PTS, 616 N. Highland Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15206) or e-mail (larnold@pts.edu).

Housing
The Calian Residence Hall provides comfortable, climate-controlled housing. Housing costs are $60 per night. Since space is limited, you are advised to make housing reservations well in advance of your stay. You may make reservations by contacting our Hospitality Receptionist between the hours of 9:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 412-924-1397, or e-mailing to reception@pts.edu. You will need a credit card to reserve the room. Special arrangements should be made in advance with the Hospitality Receptionist for room key pick-up for weekend, holiday, or late arrivals (after 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday). Basic items such as towels and sheets are provided. Bring items such as an alarm clock, hairdryer, or coffeemaker that may make the stay more comfortable for you.
Meals
Breakfast and lunch are available at a reasonable cost at the Seminary in Kadel Dining Hall from Monday through Friday during the school year. Monday through Thursday during the school year, a light meal also is offered in the evenings. A full kitchen is available on the ground floor of Calian Hall. A list of local restaurants will be available upon arrival.
