Prospective Students Visit Campus March 12-13

Pittsburgh Theological Seminary will host Spring Journey, a day of exploration for prospective students, March 12-13, 2010.

Since 1794 Pittsburgh Theological Seminary has been bridging the Word and the world. Throughout the day, prospective students will explore the many ways that the bridge to the future can start at Pittsburgh Seminary. They will learn about the Seminary’s unique resources in fieldwork, urban issues, archaeology, joint degree programs, and more. The Friday portion of the program will be devoted to the discernment journey. Sessions will reflect on call as it is experienced through Scripture, through life experience, and through the stories of current students. In addition, lunch and dinner will be served, participants will explore the city, and join together for evening prayer. Saturday will be filled with faculty-led workshops, tours of campus, information from the admissions and financial aid officers, and fellowship opportunities with current students. Attend Friday, Saturday, or both.

For those traveling from a distance, overnight housing will be provided. There is no fee for this event. Spouses, parents, or family members are welcome to attend.
